As voted on by citizens across the country, Miley Cyrus is the worst celebrity influence on the planet.

The young singer/actress clearly has a long way to go to improve her image, but this is a start: following a concert at Kentucky’s Freedom Hall on Saturday night, Miley surprised fans with an encore performance at the Phoenix Hill Tavern in Louisville. The star, dressed as Pocahontas, performed Joan Jett’s “I Love Rock N’ Roll,” much to the screaming delight of those in attendance.
